Workshop: Yoga for climbers
In this workshop, Claudia Carloni will lead you through a series of exercises specifically designed to enhance flexibility, strength, and body awareness, all crucial elements for bouldering.

Workshop: Boulder discovery
This workshop is specially designed for participants who are new to bouldering. Fabi Jost gives an introduction to bouldering techniques, safety guidelines, and the fundamental principles of movement.
11:30 – 12:30 hrs.
Workshop: Moonboard session
You will have the chance to experience climbing on the Moonboard, a unique and challenging training tool. Anne Hilger will guide you through various Moonboard problems, offering tips and techniques for success.

Workshop: Pilates for climbers
In this workshop, Whitney Fortmueller, owner of Rise Barre Pilates, will lead you through a series of exercises specifically designed to enhance flexibility, strength, and body awareness, all crucial elements for bouldering.

Throughout the festival a wide selection of healthy and nourishing food options will be available to participants. Mik (a climber herself when not cooking) will offer you a varied choice of delicious and energizing meals, snacks and beverages.

Workshop: Setting Boulders
Led by Katharina Eckert, this workshop will provide insights into the art of setting boulders. You will learn about the process, creativity, and technical aspects involved in creating engaging and challenging routes.

Workshop: Mental skills
Led by Shayan Sadr-Salek a psychologist and experienced climber, this workshop focuses on building mental resilience, overcoming fear, and developing self-confidence in climbing. You will learn strategies to manage anxiety, boost self-belief, and develop a positive mindset to tackle challenging boulders.

Walk-in Physiotherapy consultation
Cynthia Neiertz will be available to provide individual consultations and guidance on injury prevention. You can sign up for a time slot to address any concerns, seek advice on specific issues, and receive personalized recommendations for maintaining optimal physical well-being in relation to bouldering.
