Line-up WBF Program 2025

The WBF Team is working hard to set up this program for you! Enjoy a day at the parc with good vibes, drinks, food and get to know climbing.

One month before the festival, registration will first open to those who have already purchased a ticket. After that, it will be possible to buy a ticket and register for a workshop at the same time.

Warming-up and cooling-down routines with Natalie
Interactive session to practice and refine warm-up and cool-down routines under guidance.

Boulder discovery with Fabi Energetic climber and BKM board member, enthusiastically shares bouldering’s beauty and fun with everyone.

Introduction into setting boulders with Joy Beginner workshop on setting: learn route setting, using holds, safe attachment, and maintaining a safe work area.

Pilates for climbers with Whitney A series of exercises specifically designed to enhance flexibility, strength, and body awareness. All crucial elements for bouldering.

Boulder techniques with Aref Known from his training’s at BKL and group GAL. He loves to share his climbing experiences and contribute to the local climbing scene.

Fear and stress in climbing, psychology of our sport with Tijana Presentation on mental training in climbing: address fear, frustration, motivation, and stress engagement. Topics include challenge levels, self-awareness, and climbing’s impact on motivation.

Moonboard and spray wall with Anne Get introduced to the two most efficient training tools a climber can wish for.
