Yoga for climbers with Ava Alavi

Join us for a yoga workshop designed specifically for climbers. This session focuses on improving flexibility, enhancing balance and developing the mental focus that can help you on the wall. A chance to move, breathe and reconnect with your body.

Injury prevention with Cynthia Neiertz

Not all climbing injuries can be prevented, but we can reduce the risk. In this workshop, Cynthia will introduce the two main types of climbing injuries: trauma and overload. The aim is to better understand your body and learn simple, practical strategies that can help you stay healthy and keep climbing.

Introduction in route setting with Katharina Eckert

Curious about what goes on behind the boulders? This workshop introduces the basics of route setting, from tools, safety equipment and materials to the creative process of building a climb. We’ll create an open space to discuss important questions around setting, exchange ideas and, most importantly, channel your creativity.

Domestic violence & asylum: debunking the myths

Learn more about the gap between theory and practice in Luxembourg when it comes to domestic and gender-based violence, and how these forms of violence are recognised – or not recognised in practice – as legitimate grounds for refugee protection for women and girls.

Nutricion & Health with Stephanie Schartz

Learn more about balanced nutrition: sports snacks, women`s health, and the menstrual cycle, at the stand of dietitian Stephanie. You will also have the opportunity to ask individual questions and get personal recommendations.

Boulder technique with Maria Zschorn

In this workshop, Maria will focus on the fundamentals of efficient bouldering technique. Through practical exercises and climbing drills, we’ll explore body positioning, balance, footwork and movement efficiency, and learn how to use your body to climb smarter and save energy.
